HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Items purchased after December 1st should be received by Creative Gems on or before January 15 for a refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products and wish to make a return, please contact us to reject your order within 15 days for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If a return reduces order below $25.00 you will be charge $3.95 for shipping. You must email us prior to returning any item(s) with the order number and obtain
a return authorization number that must be included in the address. Your payment will also be refunded to you as soon as our product(s) is returned via registered mail.
Sorry, we can not provide a refund for goods damaged by wrongful usage, improper handling and packages received that does not have a return authorization number.
- Exchange - You may Exchange for an Item of Equal Value from our Website.
- Refund - You may get a Refund for the Cost of the Item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable.
